POLISH PRODUCTION COMPANIES MEET BERLIN FASHION DESIGNERS INVITED BY THE INTERNATIONAL DESIGN CENTER.

With 17 Polish production companies and service providers in the field of fashion and more than 80 participants from the Berlin fashion industry, the matchmaking format organized by the IDZ took place on November 3rd and 4th in the course of the Berlin-Poland project.

After a guided tour of the concept mall Bikini Berlin, the delegation guests attended a kick-off with discussion and dinner. Sourcebook’s CEO Marte Hentschel moderated the conversation and explored the expectations, opportunities and challenges of cross-border partnerships with the guests.

The next day, in the awesome TAK Theater in the Aufbauhaus at Moritzplatz, offered the opportunity for Berlin designers and labels as well as production agencies and dealers to get to know the Polish producers, to view the sample collections and to plan the first orders in person.
